De Bruwer's Saison is a Saison of spelled, dry-hopped and refermented with Brettanomyces.

It is a blond and translucent beer with a full, creamy foam head.

The saison is very fruity and aromatic. In the nose we recognize pineapple, quince, apricot and green berries. You will also recognize the typical touch of the Brettanomyces.

The beer is very dry and quite bitter. Two features that are typical of the Saison style from the 1920s.
