La Brasserie De La Senne
Brasserie de la Senne was one of the first craft beer breweries in Brussels. They encourage the love of hoppy beers, but in addition to well-hopped beers, they also produce mixed-fermentation beers and beers refermented with the local brettanomyces yeast.
The beers they brew are character beers that are very balanced. They want to brew quality and consistent beers. All beers are brewed in a natural way with raw materials from producers with whom they have built up a long-standing and good relationship.
