(Pauwel) Kwak is an amber-colored beer with a full, creamy head and an alcohol content of 8.4%. It was initially brewed in 1791 for coachmen to drink on the road, with an accompanying glass so that the coachmen did not have to spill a single sip on the coach: the Coachmen's Glass. With a long brewing tradition, this beer has been established as a typical original Belgian beer.

The slightly sweet scent of Kwak contains hints of candy and caramel and is complemented by a taste explosion with notes of cookies, banana and orange marmalade. The caramel and herbaceous notes are also reflected in the taste, which ends in a delicate bitterness.
