Jopen Hop Zij Met Ons is a special amber-colored IPA of 6%, because it is the first gluten-free IPA on the Dutch market. This beer is brewed with the Mosaic hop variety and has a distinct mix of tropical fruits and citrus fruit in the taste.
The bitterness is strong, as you would expect from an IPA. The beer is a nod to the home of Jopen beer, the Jopenkerk in Haarlem, and is called "Hop (god) Zij Met Ons!" in tribute to hops, an important ingredient in IPAs.
