Brasserie des 3F

Brasserie des 3F is run by Pierre and Remy, each with a special connection to beer and its history. Pierre created his own beer La Forge as a graduation thesis in 2014. Rémy grew up in a family brewery and this gave him his predilection for beer production.

The brewery, which is 2000m2 in size, is located on 5 avenue of the scientific adventure park in Frameries.

Sustainable development is central to this brewery. For example, their dregs (residues of grains during production) are reused by local farmers to feed their livestock.

Passion, discovery and sharing are also important values. They believe in noble and generous ingredients and are inspired by the high tradition of Belgian beers. In this way, the Dominicanen range reinvents specialty beers.

Their 3 beers (Dubbel, Tripel and Quadrupel refer to the history of beers brewed in monasteries.
