The Bloesem Bink from Brouwerij Kerkom is a seasonal beer that is available every year from April to October. This beer was made on the occasion of the 50th flower consecration in 2000 and is a fruity and slightly sweet beer with a long fruity, softly bitter aftertaste.
The ingredients of the Bloesem Bink are five different types of malt, one Belgian hop type, brewing water, yeast, honey from Sint-Truiden and pear syrup from Vrolingen. These ingredients give the beer a unique and complex taste.
