De Winning
The Winning is an initiative of The Brothers of Charity. It is a farm where both young people and adults are taken care of who are less able to settle in the fast-growing society.
Working in agriculture and animal husbandry provide a healing effect and through training and guidance opportunities are given to reconnect with the busy labor circuit.
Because working with draft horses is no longer as profitable as it used to be, De Winning started looking for resources to support this project. One of these resources was to develop its own regional beer. This is where the PK beers originated.
