Brouwerij Eutropius
The story of Eutropius starts with brewer Wouter Vermeersch who, passionate about beer, sets up a small hobby brewery.
To further develop his knowledge about beer, Wouter is following a course in brewing engineering.
Eutropius was founded in 2011 in the old buildings of the Alvinne brewery in Heule. In 2016, Brouwerij Eutropius moved its activities to Menen.
