Inspired by a fermented brew consumed 7000 years ago in Babylon, the Brussels brewery has embarked on a circular economy project by using unsold fresh bread in their recipe.

By replacing 20% of the malt with unsold fresh bread, the beer gains a delightful toffee/toasty flavor. It is heavily dry-hopped with Chinook, resulting in a bitterness that is not for the faint-hearted - the bitterest of our All-Stars!

To best bring out the aroma of this beer, we recommend using a corresponding glass.
