Brett Saison is a spelled Saison that is dry-hopped and fermented with Brettanomyces. With an alcohol content of 5.3%, it has an opalescent, blonde color and a creamy, fine foam that is very persistent. The beer is particularly aromatic and fruity, with scents of pineapple, quince, apricot and green berries. A "funky" touch, typical of Brettanomyces, completes the whole.

On the palate, these aromas are enhanced, with the addition of grain notes of spelled, a floral touch and an aftertaste reminiscent of lime peel. The start is soft, but the aftertaste is very dry and bitter, characteristics typical of the Saison style of the 1920s and which inspired the name.
