Brouwerij De Leite
Brewery De Leite was founded in 2008 by hobby brewer Luc Vermeersch, Etienne Van Poucke and Paul Vanneste. They met each other on the brewing course at the Alvinne brewery.
3 years later (in 2011) the brewery was expanded with larger brew kettles. Wooden wine barrels were also bought that year in which the 'cuvée beers' could mature.
Until 2018, De Leite's beers were bottled in an external bottling plant. In that year, the brewery invested in its own new bottling line.
In 2021, the Paljas brand was acquired. From that moment on, all Paljas beers are brewed on the De Leite Brewery site.
