Brasserie Elfique
Brasserie Elfique is a young brewery, in the middle of the woods on the banks of the Amblève located in Aywalle.
The site of the Elfique brewery and the surrounding nature are imbued with the magic of the Amblève and the Ardennes.
They brew craft beer in a traditional way. Their aim is to offer a range of products with a pleasant taste and a sometimes mysterious balance of the different flavors.
Elves often feature in stories about the Amblève valley, such as those told by the Belgian writer Marcellin La Garde. From those stories, it’s L’Elfe de la Belle Roche which is the origin of the name Elfique.
