As Belgian Beer Heaven primarily offers alcoholic beverages, you must be at least 18 years old to visit our site. You cannot place an order if you are under 18. This age limit is imposed by law.

Most governments have implemented strict rules to protect young people from the consequences of consuming alcoholic beverages. If you are a minor, it is prohibited to browse further through our shop beyond this page. This applies not only to this website but also to all other networks, social media pages, etc., owned by us. Since these are our property, we reserve the right to deny access.

For this reason, you must confirm that you are of legal age when visiting our website. If you have confirmed this, it is also your own responsibility to visit our shop. When you place an order with us, regardless of whether it is for yourself or for someone else, you automatically confirm that both you and the recipient are of legal age. In most cases, our email address is used for questions regarding an order or our assortment. If you have any questions regarding alcohol use, abuse, or harmful effects thereof, you can also contact us through this channel.

How to Order?

On our webshop, you can visit various product pages.

Through these pages, you have the option to add a product to your shopping cart. You can do this very easily by clicking on the shopping cart icon below the item. You can do this for multiple items. If you click on the photo of the item, you will see, if available, other purchasing units. You can select these by clicking on the shopping cart next to the unit. You can also adjust the quantity if desired.

When you wish to finalize your order, click on the shopping cart at the top right of your screen. You will then get an overview of your order. You can still adjust this overview, and you can remove products you do not wish to purchase from the list by clicking on the trash can icon on the right side next to the respective item.

By clicking on the "place order" button, you will be directed to the checkout page. On this page, you can fill in your customer and delivery details.

After filling in these details, click on "order". Please note that by clicking on "order", you agree to our terms of sale.

On the payment page that follows, you can securely pay for your order. This completes your order. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. This email contains the contents of your order.

When the goods leave our warehouses, you will receive another confirmation email. This email also contains a tracking code with which you can track the delivery.

Private customers receive a delivery note together with the goods. An individual invoice is unfortunately not possible.

Business (professional) customers must provide a valid company number or VAT number when ordering. For Belgian companies, you must also indicate whether or not you are liable for VAT. In addition to the delivery note with your order, you will receive an invoice in the name of your company within 14 days.

The accuracy of the information provided by you is essential for processing and shipping your order correctly. If an error in this information results in additional costs for delivery, Belgian Beer Heaven is not liable for this.

Prices

Within the EU

All prices of our products include deposits and VAT. We use the rates applicable in the country of delivery. For deliveries in BE, NL, DE, and FR, we also transfer the excise duties according to the rates of the respective country to these countries. In all other countries, we cannot deliver alcoholic beverages due to excise regulations.

Outside the EU

We cannot deliver alcoholic beverages due to excise regulations.

Intracommunity Orders (Business Customers)

If you have provided a VAT number with your order that is registered in an EU country outside Belgium, you are obliged to include your purchase in your intra-community declaration. You are responsible for this yourself.

Payments

Your payments are processed via Pay.nl. We do not charge any fees for this. Pay.nl enables payments to be processed in various ways:

  • Mister Cash
  • Giropay
  • DIRECTebanking

The actual payment takes place in the checkout process after you, as a customer, have selected the payment method you prefer. The payment is then processed by Pay.nl, after which the funds are transferred to us via a neutral account. Since we work closely with this payment provider, we recommend consulting their terms and conditions if you have any questions.

Returns

You can return goods to us in their original packaging up to 30 days after delivery. The shipping costs for this are at your expense. The goods will be refunded to you. If the goods were shipped for free, the shipping costs paid by us will be deducted in any case.

Shortage

Ordered goods that could not be delivered by us will be refunded to you. See further.

Undelivered Goods by the Carrier

If goods, beyond our control, were not delivered to you by the carrier, please contact our customer service. Please provide us with all the information you have about this. We will immediately start an investigation into the possible causes. Any refunds and/or reshipments are only possible after the investigation is completed and the goods are found. Unfortunately, this investigation may take some time, and we thank you in advance for your patience.

Damage

We pay a lot of attention to careful and sturdy packaging. However, damage can never be completely ruled out. In the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged to you, please contact our customer service immediately by email. Always mention the order number in your contact and attach a photo of the damaged package. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. This may involve a refund or reshipment.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 30 days. Please note that depending on the payment method you have chosen, the refund may take longer. In some cases, a refund via Pay.nl may no longer be possible. In this case, we will contact you directly. We ask you to provide a bank account number to which we can transfer your credit.

Complaints and Questions

For complaints and/or questions, please contact our customer service (info@belgianbeerheaven.com). Also, take a look at the FAQ page on the site. Your question may already be answered there. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts competent for our registered office. Information on alternative dispute resolution can be found via this link: http://ec.europa.eu/odc/ However, we reserve the right to submit disputes exclusively to the Belgian courts.

Internet - Consequential Damage

The internet is a widely used medium for communication, but also for various commercial activities. Unfortunately, the internet is not 100% completely secure. Belgian Beer Heaven cannot fully guarantee that your data is 100% safe with us or with third parties. This applies not only to this website but also to all our platforms, social networks, etc. By using the internet to visit our online properties, you, as a visitor/customer, acknowledge these risks. These include data fraud, data corruption, unauthorized access, interceptions, and delays. It goes without saying that we do everything in our power to exclude and avoid such incidents. If your hardware or software is damaged during a visit to one of our properties, there is consequential damage, and we cannot be held liable for this in any way.

Belgian Beer Heaven or a third party designated by us can always make changes to our online platforms when necessary. We are not obliged to inform you about this as long as it falls within a legal framework.

Our website www.BelgianBeerHeaven.com is available in Dutch, English, German, and French. The translation into English, German, and French was done through a third-party translation website. As a result, certain content may not be fully accurate or translated correctly. For questions or remarks, we recommend contacting us via email. Only the Dutch version of our Terms and Conditions is valid.

You are of course free to contact us in your own language. Our communication is primarily in Dutch or English, with a few exceptions. By visiting or using our online properties, you agree to this.

Suppliers to Belgian Beer Heaven

In no case can Belgian Beer Heaven be held responsible for obligations that our suppliers have towards the authorities. This concerns both Belgian and non-Belgian authorities. We mainly think of the VAT obligation that rests on our suppliers when supplying Belgian Beer Heaven. In case our supplier does not fulfill this obligation, Belgian Beer Heaven cannot be sued.

IMPORTANT : the one and only valid Terms and Conditions is the Dutch version. For the English, German and French translation we used third party translation sites. Therefore this content is not always 100% correct. Therefore we refer to our Dutch Terms and Conditions. The translation to English, German and French is merely informative.
