The Grimbergen Cuvée 2024 is a powerful blond beer with an alcohol content of 7.7%.

The beer is characterized by a refined bitterness and a subtle spicy touch, which ensures a pleasant drinking experience.

This beer goes well with hard cheeses, meat dishes such as chicken or pork tenderloin, and fish dishes such as monkfish or tuna.

349 Belgian home brewers had registered online for the Grimbergen home brewing competition, of which 202 actually submitted their beer. After tasting by the judges and providing a certificate with the score to each participant,  three finalists were selected. Together with master brewer Cedric, they brewed their beer in the Grimbergen Abbey Brewery. These beers were tasted and assessed by all attendees during the Grimbergen brewing festival. After counting the votes, it turned out that Martijn and Edwin Camps from Bertem can now call their beer Grimbergen Cuvée 2024!
