Although this version is not aged in wood, it does undergo co-fermentation with own Brettanomyces yeast and is brewed with beautiful special English malts.

This dark beer has a black character with a subtle ruby ​​red nuance. The black-beige foam is fine and persistent. The presence of Brettanomyces dominates the nose, which gives the beer a vinous character. Aromas of ripe cherries, similar to old kirsch, and a hint of leather can be discovered. A touch of roast and light smokiness add to the whole.
