Brut Nature is a copper colored beer in 'Brut Style'. The use of wild yeast (Brettanomyces) gives the beer a pleasantly dry and sparkling character with a low sugar content. The beer continues to develop in the bottle and can be stored for at least 5 years (in a cool, upright position). The dry hop technique and Belgian hop varieties accentuate the fruity and spicy character of the 5 hop varieties. This results in a dry, soft bitter beer with a subtle aftertaste. The brewing process takes at least 3 months due to the different stages of fermentation, including top fermentation and refermentation in the bottle with wild yeasts.
