Payment issue?

Refund

Undelivered goods will be refunded within 30 days.

Returned goods will be refunded upon receipt.
In this case, transportation costs are never refunded.

When you order on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday :

Your order will be shipped by us on Tuesday.

When you order on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday :

Your order will be shipped by us the following day.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed once we have received your payment.
As soon as your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the status of your package.

How can I track my package?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the courier’s website. Here, you can track the current status of your package.

What if my package is delayed or hasn’t been delivered yet?

Once your order has left our warehouse, the courier service is responsible for the further handling and delivery of your package. For questions regarding delivery times or any delays, we recommend contacting the courier service directly. They can provide you with the most up-to-date information about your shipment.

What can I do if there is an issue with the delivery?

If there are any issues, such as an incorrect delivery or a damaged package, it’s best to first contact the courier’s customer service. If they are unable to resolve the issue, please contact our customer service. We are happy to assist you.

Why should I contact the courier and not you?

Once your package has left our warehouse, the further process is in the hands of the courier. They have access to the most up-to-date information about your shipment and can respond more quickly and efficiently to questions regarding the delivery.

Incorrect Address

What happens if I entered an incorrect address when placing my order?

If you accidentally entered an incorrect address when placing your order, we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@belgianbeerheaven.com so we can update the address before the order is shipped.

Can I still change the address after my order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the order has been shipped. In that case, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Will additional fees be charged if I entered an incorrect address?

Yes, if the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will charge additional shipping fees and an administrative fee.

How much are the additional fees?

The additional shipping fees are the return costs charged by the courier.
For the administrative handling, we charge a flat fee of 15 EUR (VAT included).

Would you still like to receive the goods?

Your initial order will be closed once the goods have been received. At that point, the balance of your order will be refunded (see FAQ on refunds).

Since this order will be closed, you will unfortunately need to place a new order.

Taxes

Within the EU
Private customers: Belgian Beer Heaven handles VAT through the OSS system in the destination country. Since we only ship beer to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France, we also handle excise duties on these purchases through fiscal representation. Therefore, private customers are not responsible for any taxes or import duties within the EU.

Professional customers: If you have ordered with a valid intra-community VAT number confirmed by the VIES system, you will receive an intra-community invoice within 14 working days after ordering.
Outside the EU

Depending on the destination country, both private and professional customers located outside the EU may be subject to local VAT, excise duties, and/or import duties. To determine the correct rates, we recommend contacting local authorities. Payment of taxes and/or import duties is the responsibility of the customer.
