Oud Bruin Raspberry was created by adding raspberries to beer that has matured for at least a year in oak barrels. In July last year, the brewers came across a lot of small raspberries. They looked to a sad future because they were already too ripe for the market! The deep red fruits would have remained on the bush and died a lonely death. They couldn't allow that, so they decided to adopt the little ones. They baptized the young raspberries with their holy West Flemish water from Ternat. The small fruits add a delicious fruitiness to the Oud Bruin. This forms a wonderful contrast to the sour base of the beer. This beer is the ideal thirst quencher for a beautiful summer evening.
