These wild yeasts occur naturally in the Brussels region and are usually used in the production of spontaneously fermenting lambic beers. In the case of Bretty Boop, they are used for a highly fermented beer. They give the beer a completely original taste and a characteristic aftertaste that develops as the beer ages.

The barley used to brew this beer is grown on the family farm called "Beauregard". Barley is grown with extensive knowledge and respect for nature. Thanks to the expertise of the brewers and the fact that the entire production process is in-house, they brew beers with 100% natural character, especially for enthusiasts like you.
