Kees Bubberman, the owner and brewmaster of Brouwerij Kees, has built up a solid reputation in the world of international specialty beer in recent years. To give a little background: Kees started out as a talented home brewer, but he was given the opportunity to work professionally at the local brewery Emelisse in Kamperland. There Kees grew into a brewmaster of worldwide recognition.

Now you will find Brouwerij Kees in his hometown of Middelburg. They continue to surprise with unique beers that bear the hallmark of Pure & Craft quality. This stands for beer with bold flavors of the very best and consistent quality.

In 2018, Brouwerij Kees was the first specialty beer brewer in the Netherlands to completely switch to can packaging. Although heat and time are beyond our control, we as brewers can protect our beers from light and air. Can packaging ensures that hoppy beers retain their refined aromas and hop flavors much better.
